Bistro Menu

Our Bistro menu showcases the best traditions of Gascony and the South West of France and includes home-made charcuterie, duck rillettes, cassoulet Toulousain, duck-confit and our award-winning French fries cooked in duck fat.

Our "best of duck" selection includes our signature duck & foie gras burgers, duck confit and whole duck magret cooked over charcoal using our josper oven.

Specials change every week and may include dishes such as Crackling slow-cooked egg, chorizo & tarragon, Seared salmon, courgette pulp, baby carrot & diabolo sauce and Grilled beef onglet, sauteed potatoes & red wine jus.

At lunchtimes we offer a plat-du-jour for £9.50 - inclusive of all sides & garnishes.

Our pre-theatre menu is offered daily between 5:30-6:30pm and includes our plat-du-jour in addition to a reduced version of the a la carte menu.
