The Bistro menu showcases the best traditions of Gascony and the South West of France and includes home-made charcuterie, duck rillettes, cassoulet Toulousain, duck-confit and our award-winning French fries cooked in duck fat.
Our menu is divided into sections and includes:
"The best of duck" - a whole section of our menu is dedicated to our favourite ingredient,and featuring duck & foie-gras 'en terrine', duck & foie-gras burgers, duck confit and a whole BBQ'd duck magret.
"Charcoal Grill" - choice cuts cooked over charcoal using our josper oven. We source the best French cuts of meat available and display them on our blackboards priced per 100g.
Côte de boeuf, Lomo, Onglet de Veau, Andouillette and Faux filet feature alongside weekly specials. Larger cuts - ideal for sharing - are available, and we can order in special requests too.
Specials change each week and could include whole grilled fish, truffled duck-eggs and seasonal bistro salads.
At lunchtimes we offer a plat-du-jour for £9.50 - inclusive of all sides & garnishes.
Our pre-theatre menu is offered daily between 5:30-6:30pm with a reduced version of a la carte offered alongside cheese & charcuterie selections and the plat-du-jour.
